In some instances, we need to come up with a lighting solution tailored precisely to the customer’s specific requirements. One such OEM solution was able to be implemented recently in a system for efficient, reproducible and validated tank cleaning processes in the beverage and liquid food industry.

The High Power Lighting series LQHP complements the product range of both Area Lights and Area Flood Lights. Its modular design as well as a wide range of accessories allow the adaption of the lighting to most diverse applications. In addition to the LQHP80 series with an 80 mm x 80 mm light area, the smaller LQHP40 and LQHP60 as well as the even more powerful LQXP versions are now also available.

Thanks to High Power LEDs, the new LUMIMAX^® Coaxial Lights achieve new performance classes. When interacting with larger light fields, image fields can be homogeneously illuminated from greater working distances. There are no drops in brightness at the edges, thanks to the coaxial lighting concept. The integrated controller technology and the universal connection concept make integration and commissioning easier – this will save time and money.

Under the name BASIC, LUMIMAX^® is presenting a new, high-performance LED lighting series for diverse Machine Vision applications. The focus on essential functions and the smart optomechanical design allow acquisition costs for this series to be optimised while maintaining high quality and reliability.

With the LR45 series, another high-performance high-power ring light from LUMIMAX^® is now available. The lights distinguish themselves in particular by their extremely compact design and can be used even in challenging industrial environments.

LQHP80 is the name of the new and ultraflexible high-performance lighting series by LUMIMAX^®. The high power lighting series with 64 high-power-LEDs complements the product range of both Area Lights and Area Flood Lights. Its modular design as well as a wide range of accessories allow the adaption of the lighting to most diverse applications.

The LUMIMAX^® LG-V02 Area Lights are now available in BLACK variant and the illumination colours Blue and Green. Die BLACK series are ideally siuted for complex Machine Vision applications with the combination of reflected light and backlight.

We recently developed a customer-specific lighting solution with our innovative LightGuide technology for the fully automatic alignment unit for container glass from Bertram Elektrotechnik GmbH.

The so-called ORIENTATOR maps the container glass into an Machine Vision system, regardless of its physical dimensions. Thanks to our collimated Area Lighting, edges and production defects are shown clearly on the object image.

The new generation of the LUMIMAX^® LG series (LG-V02) is now available. The focus of this new development was on the significant optimization of the casing design, the controller technology as well as the LightGuide technology.
