Modular LUMIMAX® LED Lights - For Machine Vision applications
The new modular LUMIMAX® LED Panel Lights expand the lighting portfolio with larger light areas. Thanks to the modular concept, specific sizes can be realized quickly and without additional development costs. The Panel Lights with integrated controller technology are available in different configurations for incident and backlight applications.

Modular lighting geometry

All Modular Area Lights of the ML series have an integrated or housing-mounted lighting controller. LUMIMAX® inside controller technology is available in continuous/switch or flash modes and offers you

Continuous and switch mode
- For applications with image acquisition times of 1 ms and more

- Continuous operation at manual workstations
Strobe mode
- Detailed imaging of moving test parts without motion blur
- Elimination of interfering light sources such as skylights, machine lighting or direct sunlight
- High production speed up to a cycle time of 100 parts per second
- Quality control during movement
- LUMIMAX® standard connection cable with industrial M16 12-pin plug
- Drag chain and conditionally robot-compatible
- Available in different lengths between 1 m and 30 m
- Circumferential groove profile (groove size 5) in the edge strip
- Corner fixation by means of through hole with M4 thread
- Mounting bracket for surface mounting
